It was warm and sunny for a walk round parts of Lancing Ring. Surprised to see my second ever
White-letter Hairstreak at the Ring itself, a long way from any Elms. The rest of the twenty two butterfly species seen were less surprising! 20

Essex Skipper. Yesterday I had my first
Clouded Yellow of the year for this site.
