Neil Hulme will be leading winter work parties at Rowland Wood and Park Corner Heath as ususal this season. Our work parties will continue to take place on the second Sunday of every month, so in the coming winter the dates will be:

To help with keeping work parties Covid safe, please do bring your own work gloves and your own hand tools if you have them, particularly loppers. You will also need you bring your own food and drink as required.
Under current government guidelines (for Tier 4 areas) it is still possible to run our reserves work parties (‘provision of voluntary or charitable services’). However, under the current circumstances of high transmissibility, these events can only go ahead if additional precautions are adopted and strictly adhered to.
You must, even if you have done so previously, contact Neil Hulme via neil.hulme.sussex (AT) outlook.com to confirm your attendance of each work party event.
You must arrive promptly at 10.00 am to hear the entire toolbox talk and health & safety advice. No latecomers will be allowed to join but people are free to leave at any point during the day (please let Neil know when you are leaving).
You must not attend the session if you are clinically extremely vulnerable and shielding OR have coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms. This also applies if a member of your family has symptoms or if you have been advised by NHS Test & Trace as ‘a close contact’ to isolate at home.
